This Dirty Chai Latte recipe is perfect for those that need to limit their coffee intake or just want a delicious way to incorporate more healing herbs throughout the day.

I’ve been experimenting with all types of herbal drinks lately. These tonics keep me going until I can set aside time to properly sit for a meal or when I don’t want to eat before a morning workout.

One kind of drink I’ve been experimenting with is herbal coffee. There are a few brands available in stores but I love the different herbal coffee formulas Jessica from Delicious Obsessions created.

DIY Herbal Coffee e-book

DIY Herbal Coffee

Jessica wrote an amazing e-book that should be everyone’s #1 go-to guide for healthy coffee substitutes: DIY Herbal Coffee Substitutes: A Complete Guide to Making Delicious Herbal Coffees to Support Healing and Stress Relief.

Though I don’t have to eliminate coffee in my diet like Jessica did, I do like incorporating liver-supporting herbs like milk thistle and burdock root into my day.

Her e-book has 5 base herbal blends (my favorite being the creamy cocoa blend), brewing instructions and tips, and the amazing coffee shop type recipes like her Salted Caramel Macchiato, Pumpkin Spice Latte, Frozen Orange Mocha and this Dirty Chai Latte recipe I’m sharing with you.

You can easily create these recipes at home. Just grab her ebook and source quality herbs. She also suggests having a kitchen scale to properly measure out the herbs.

And for readers of Real Food Kosher she is offering 20% off the price of the e-book!!
